Club AGM takes place in Clayton Hotel

The 2018 Sligo Rovers AGM took place on Monday night in the Clayton Hotel.

Secretary Brendan Lacken read the minutes of the 2017 meeting and gave his report on the year passed.

Treasurer David Rowe made a presentation on the club's accounts as they were distributed to members with a loss reported for the year. 

The management committee for 2018 was elected with Noel McCloat and Trevor Kelly stepping down.

Anthony Quinn, Michael Mooney, Michael Clancy, Mark Cummins, Marie Casserly and Breffni Earley joined the committee. Casserly and Earley also form part of the Women’s team committee.

Questions were taken from members and manager Gerard Lyttle spoke about his target for the season.

Officers were appointed with Martin Heraghty remaining chairman, Andrew Dodd as vice-chairman, David Rowe as treasurer and Brendan Lacken continuing as secretary.

The club wish to thank all supporters for attending on a miserable night weather-wise .
